It all started with a simple prayer... Heavenly Father, reveal to me my gifts, my skills, my PURPOSE, beyond education and all my professional degrees. Please give me the confidence & faith to accept, receive and use them according to your will. Lastly profiting from them wouldn’t hurt either 🥴in Jesus name Amen! And the rest is history 🙌🏾I prayed this prayer in January 2020, April 2020 I designed my first “Splattered!” jacket. At that time it was only what I considered to be a “Quarantine Hobby”. After posting my first pic on social media I began to receive requests from friends who wanted to get their fatigue jackets “Splattered!” I was hesitant at first, until I realized that my prayer had been answered. This was my gift! I definitely couldn’t back down now, this is what I had prayed for! REWIND...at the time of my prayer I had been experiencing and navigating through one of the most challenging seasons of my life. One that brought about hurt, frustration, anxiety, vulnerability, weakness and borderline depression, just to name a few. During this same season I developed a relationship with God like no other. I leaned solely on him and only him. His voice was heard so clearly to me in every decision during this season. Every prayer and I do mean EVERY prayer was answered! This season brought on patience, which was definitely something new for me. In this season, although I was physically weak, I was extremely strong spiritually. Stronger than ever and for this I was/I am forever grateful❤️ Let’s bring it back...My spiritual strength allowed me to trust God wholeheartedly in everything which is why I knew that once this “Quarantine Hobby” surfaced, I knew it was truly God answering my prayers. There were many lessons learned and things to be Grateful for during this season and SPLATTE BY LISA J Is one of them! It’s ALL about God‘s timing! Trust the process! Be Patient! Never move prematurely! Always have faith! Remain positive & humble even when you don’t know what’s going on and/ or when it seems like NOTHING is happening!
